El Camino de Santiago<\/span> asentado en la V\u00eda\u00a0 Augusta<\/em> romana, presenta un recorrido por el municipio de \u00a0cinco kil\u00f3metros, a lo largo de los cuales los viajeros, turistas y peregrinos pueden disfrutar de uno de los paisajes m\u00e1s amenos y encantadores de todo su trayecto.<\/p>\n

Fue Cacabelos parada de postas en la Edad Moderna, y destaca la hospitalidad de sus gentes y los buenos servicios ofrecidos por la villa, por ello Cacabelos en un punto referencia fundamental en el Camino Franc\u00e9s actual.<\/p>\n

Albergue municipal de peregrinos <\/strong><\/h3>\n

En las proximidades, (donde durante muchos siglos estuvo el hospital de Santiago), y alrededor del santuario de las Angustias se ha construido un moderno y magn\u00edfico albergue. De estilo minimalista y con \u00a0una capacidad para 70 peregrinos, est\u00e1 \u00a0provisto de habitaciones de 2 camas, que lo\u00a0 convierten en uno de los m\u00e1s lujosos de este tramo del camino, combinando la funcionalidad de sus habitaciones y dem\u00e1s dependencias con el respeto por el entorno natural y arquitect\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n
